Jack McMillan will compete for Team GB at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, a year on from him making his first senior international British World Championship team.
Jack followed up individual and relay 200m Freestyle swims at the 2024 Worlds in Doha by putting in a strong showing in the final of that event at the Aquatics GB Swimming Championships and earning his maiden Team GB selection.
His place on the Worlds team for 2023 was secured following a fourth-place finish in the 200m Freestyle in the final of the British Championships, as he made an impression in what was a world-class final and sets GB up for a strong podium shot in the Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay in Japan. He also finished in seventh place in the 100m Freestyle.
Prior to his call-up for Great Britain, McMillan spent the first part of his career with the Irish team – competing at the 2021 European Championships and the Olympic Games in Tokyo, with the latter competition seeing him lead off the Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay.
