Anthony Harding has enjoyed synchro success at National, European and World-level as a springboard specialist.
Anthony’s 2022 season brought Gold at the Commonwealth Games in the Men’s 10m Synchro by an astonishing 61.56 points with Jack Laugher, whilst the World Championships saw second-place in the Men’s 3m Synchro. Again at the European Championships in Rome, the same duo won a stunning Gold in the Men’s 3m Synchro with another 400-plus points total.
Anthony has gained synchro success in recent years, with Gold and Silver medals on the FINA Grand Prix circuit in USA and Canada, respectively. His standing as an individual has also increased since his debut at World-level in 2019, accompanied by a Silver medal in the Men’s 3m Springboard at the 2018 Youth Olympics.
At the British Championships, Anthony earnt a Gold in the Men’s 3m Synchro in 2022, repeating the feat from the 2020 Championships. Personally, individual events saw a second and fourth-place finish in the 1m and 3m Springboards, respectively, representing improved performances from 2019 and 2018 on both an individual and collective basis.
