Matthew Dixon has been a rising star within British Diving for some years now and is looking for a big 2023 season after impressing across domestic competitions, and heading to Poland with Team GB for his second European Games appearance. He was successful in recent years in taking medals at both the Commonwealth Games and European Championships.
Dixon started his 2018 season well with two medals the British Championships in Plymouth, which included the Men's 10m Platform title. This secured his second call-up to the Commonwealth Games for England where he claimed two silver medals, in the 10m Platform and 10m Synchro.
He closed his season at the Glasgow 2018 European Championships with a silver medal alongside Noah Williams in the Men's 10m Synchro event.
At the 2017 European Championships in Kiev, Dixon secured bronze in the 10m Synchro, which accompanied medals from the FINA Grand Prix in Gatineau, Canada, gold in the 10m synchro and bronze in the individual platform event.
