Aquatics GB is seeking a Logistics Manager to cover maternity leave and to join our World Class Aquatics Team, reporting to the Head of Performance Team Development and Planning.
The purpose of the role is to ensure the effective implementation of the programme’s logistical arrangements for all activities of the World Class Performance Programmes for Swimming, Para-Swimming and Diving as directed by the World Class Leadership Team.
The successful individual will be able to have had previous experience of long term planning of national high performance sport programmes and events, specifically camps and competition activity, project administration and budget planning.
They will need to be able to work effectively under pressure, be adaptable, work on their own initiative on own or as part of a diverse team, be willing to travel, possess excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and be able to build positive working relationships quickly.
Experience of working within aquatics and a working knowledge of international aquatics events would be advantageous.
