The British Duet of Olivia Federici and Katie Clark made improvements to their Free routine and scored a point higher in the final at the German Open in Bonn.
The pair performed their snakes themed routine for the second time of the competition and scored 78.6 points and moved up to seventh place in the Free routine. The pair performed to a high level and showed their improvement in their fitness and strength as they showcased their precision throughout the routine.
The finished in eighth place overall at the end of the final when the technical routine's score was added.
This the first time the Olympians have competed since 2013 and they will now continue their journey to the Olympic Test Event with the French Open which takes place from 5 February.
