Kate Shortman has concluded Britain's Glasgow 2018 programme with a ninth place finish.
The talented 16-year-old scored 84.7333 in the solo free routine final, with Russia's Svetlana Kolesnichenko taking gold, Italy's Linda Cerruti in second and Ukrainian Yelyzaveta Yakhno in third.
It caps of a consistent meet for the British team who have been transitioning from junior to senior level competition, and saw them make finals in all events.
Kate will now await her GCSE results next week before joining duet partner Isabelle Thorpe as part of a centralised programme where they start to study at the same school, and train together on a more focused basis.
