The team, whose youngest member Daisy Rushton is only 15, held their own against older, more established teams with their routine, which was choreographed by Italian Stefania Speroni.Team Leader Karen Thorpe said: "The team had a good swim and they gave it their all.
"This was really our first senior competition at this
level since 2016, so we are very pleased with the team result and ranking."
The theme of the routine was Celtic, fitting for the Scottish location, with music by Lindsey Stirling.
The Synchro swimming programme finishes tomorrow at Scotstoun, with the Duet Free and Solo Free Finals.
