Three aquatics athletes have been named in the shortlist for the Sunday Times Sportswoman of the Year Awards 2016.
Three-time Paralympic Champion Bethany Firth has been named in the shortlist for the Paralympian of the Year category. Firth won three golds and a silver medal in Rio and was the most successful athlete for ParalympicsGB.
In the Young Sportswoman of the Year Olympic silver medallist Siobhan-Marie O'Connor is shortlisted and is up against Paralympic Champion Ellie Robinson.
The annual awards take place on 8 December where the winners of the prestigious awards will be announced.
