Olympic silver medallist Duncan Scott (University of Stirling) leads the way in the hotly tipped 200m Freestyle final as he swam an excellent heat swim.
He's joined in the middle lanes by Nicholas Grainger (City of Sheffield) and Stephen Milne (Perth City).
In the second event of the day, Siobhan-Marie O'Connor (National Centre Bath) secured lane number four after a strong heat swim saw her come back to finish first against Imogen Clark (National Centre Loughborough). They will line up against Sarah Vasey (National Centre Loughborough) and Jocelyn Ulyett (Loughborough University).
Fresh from breaking the 50m Freestyle British Record, Ben Proud returned to action to secure the top billing in the 50m Butterfly.
The top honour in the 200m Backstroke went to Luke Greenbank (National Centre Loughborough) after putting in a strong performance in the heat. He'll race against Callum Barrett (Loughborough University) and Xavier Mohammed (City of Cardiff).
Swansea Aquatics' Alys Thomas raced and excellent heat swim to bag the top spot in the 100m Butterfly ahead of Loughborough University's Rachael Kelly and Charlotte Atkinson.
